25.10.19 – TENANT SATISFACTION SURVEY RESULTS & VOUCHER WINNERS
Common Equity NSW achieved some great results again this year with the Tenant Satisfaction Survey. As mentioned previously we received 39% response rate which is fantastic.
+ 89% of respondents indicated that they were ‘very satisfied’ & ‘fairly satisfied’ with the services provided by CENSW
+ 88% of respondents were ‘very satisfied’ or ‘fairly satisfied’ with repairs & maintenance
+ 91% of respondents were ‘vary satisfied’ or ‘fairly satisfied’ with the condition of their home
